Sept. 18, 2014, Edmonton – Western Canada pizza chain Pizza 73 has become the official pizza of the Edmonton Oilers and Edmonton

As part of the sponsorship, Pizza 73 will have on-site
concessions serving slices, as well as a strong visual presence around
the home arena for the two teams at Rexall Place.

"The Oilers organization has always been a champion in our
eyes," said Pat Finelli, chief marketing officer for Pizza 73, in a news release. "Edmonton
is where Pizza 73 first opened its doors in 1985, and so partnering
with this team is an exciting step for our brand. We intend to bring as
much commitment, energy and passion off the ice with our products and
service as the players bring on the ice."
